Description
The Pentax CR75 230v (code 022-316) is a surface-mounted centrifugal pump with an open impeller that handles soft solids up to 10 mm. It delivers up to 240 litres per minute and reaches a maximum head of 15 metres from a 0.59 kW motor, through a 1½” inlet and 1¼” outlet, running on standard 230v single-phase mains at 3.4 A.
The CR75 is the smallest pump in the range, a good match for gravity-fed irrigation, tank transfer and wash-down where the water does not have far to go. At around 150 l/min it still gives about 11.6 metres of head. If you need more flow or more lift, the Pentax CR100 230v is the next size up, with 280 l/min and 20.5 m maximum head in the same frame.
Like every pump in the CR range, it has a cast iron pump body and motor bracket, a stainless steel shaft and a ceramic and graphite mechanical seal. The open impeller passes soft solids up to 10 mm, the suction inlet is 1½” and the delivery outlet 1¼”, and Pentax rates the pump body for a maximum operating pressure of 6 bar. The motor is a two-pole induction motor with class F insulation and IPX4 protection, so it needs to be installed under cover.

Suitable for clean water and water carrying soft solids up to 10 mm, such as silt, fine grit and plant debris. Not designed for sewage, stones, rag or fibrous material, or for flammable or corrosive liquids.
