Description
The Pentair Flotec Compac 150 110v (code 020-092) is the site voltage version of the Compac 150 compact sump pump, for use on building sites and in workplaces that run tools through a 110v transformer. It moves up to about 140 litres per minute and lifts to a maximum head of 7 metres, through a 1ΒΌ” male outlet, with the float switch built into the pump body.
Its small size and low pump-down level make it a useful site tool: it fits lift pits, service trenches and narrow sumps, and in manual mode it clears standing water from slabs and basement floors further than a standard submersible will. On household mains, the Compac 150 230v is the same pump for a 13 amp socket. If you need more flow or head, the Compac 200 reaches about 190 l/min and 10 m, but in this range it is 230v only.
The body is polypropylene with a single Noryl impeller and a stainless steel motor shaft. A check valve stops water in the hose draining back, and the stepped hose connector is cut to suit ΒΎ”, 1″ or 1ΒΌ” hose, so it works with the smaller layflat and suction hose often kept on site. It comes with 10 metres of power cable.
A lever on the front sets the mode. In automatic (AUT) the integrated float starts the pump when the water reaches about 140 mm and stops it at about 30 mm. In manual (MAN) the float is bypassed and the pump runs until you switch it off, lowering the water to about 3 mm. The pump needs at least 15 mm of water to start pumping.

Features
- 110v supply for site transformers
- Integrated float switch with automatic and manual modes
- Pumps down to about 3 mm in manual mode
- Up to about 140 l/min and 7 m head
- 1ΒΌ” male outlet with check valve and adjustable connector for ΒΎ”, 1″ and 1ΒΌ” hose
- Polypropylene body, Noryl impeller, stainless steel motor shaft
- Compact 280 x 170 x 200 mm body, 10 metres of cable
Applications
- Dewatering lift pits, small excavations and service trenches on 110v sites
- Clearing water from slabs, basements and plant rooms during fit-out
- Temporary sump drainage during building and refurbishment work
- Flood clean-up where only a site transformer is available
This is a clean water pump, so keep it out of muddy water and silt: sand and grit wear the impeller, and solids larger than 5 mm should not reach it. Not suitable for sewage, sea water, or flammable or corrosive liquids, and never run it without water. In manual mode stay with the pump and switch it off once the water has gone. For heavy site dewatering, a cast iron contractor pump is the better tool.
