Description
The JST-15SKSS (code 011-370) is a 1.5 kW, 400v three-phase stainless steel cutter pump with a 3″ outlet. It delivers up to 950 litres per minute and up to 17 metres of head, and passes solids up to 44 mm according to JS Pumps, after the cutting impeller has chopped any rags or fibres.
This is the three-phase twin of the JS-1500SKSS, sharing the same hydraulic performance, so pick between them on your supply. It runs from a pump control panel with level control. If you need more head on a 3″ outlet, the JST-22SKSS reaches 20 metres and up to 1,250 l/min.
The pump body, impeller, shaft and motor casing are AISI 316 stainless steel. A single-channel impeller with tungsten carbide tips runs against a serrated suction cover, cutting soft and fibrous solids into smaller pieces before they leave the pump. Double mechanical seals with silicon carbide and carbon faces protect the motor, with lip seals keeping grit and abrasives away from them. The pump is supplied with 10 metres of power cable.

This is a sewage and effluent pump, not a slurry pump. Keep sand, gravel, stones and other hard abrasive solids out of the sump, as they wear the cutting edges and seals, and check chemical compatibility with 316 stainless steel and the seal materials before pumping anything other than water-based effluent. Do not use it for flammable liquids or solvents.
