At the heart of this system lies the proven Jetinox 90-50M self-priming pump, engineered with an AISI 304 stainless steel pump housing and shaft for superior corrosion resistance. The technopolymer impeller features a stainless steel shim ring for durability, whilst the die-cast aluminium motor housing ensures efficient heat dissipation. A high-quality graphite and ceramic mechanical seal provides leak-free performance throughout the pump’s service life.
The integrated 25-litre horizontal stainless steel pressure tank is the system’s intelligent partner, storing pressurised water to prevent unnecessary pump starts when small quantities are drawn. This significantly extends pump life, reduces energy consumption and eliminates the constant cycling that plagues simpler systems. The factory-set pressure switch orchestrates seamless automatic operation – simply open any tap or outlet and the system responds instantly, shutting down automatically when demand ceases.
With an impressive flow capacity of 80 litres per minute and 45 metres maximum head, the Superinox 90/50 handles multiple simultaneous outlets with ease. The 0.90kW motor (7A) operates efficiently on standard 230V single-phase supply, housed in an IP44-rated enclosure suitable for both indoor and protected outdoor installations. Maximum suction lift of 8 metres provides flexible installation options via a break tank configuration.
Built to exacting standards, the pump features Class F insulation rated for ambient temperatures up to 40°C, and operates at 2850 rpm for optimal efficiency. The system handles clean water up to 50°C and maximum operating pressure of 6 bar. NBR gaskets throughout ensure reliable sealing in all operating conditions.
Connection points comprise a generous 1¼” BSP female inlet and 1″ BSP female outlet, accommodating higher flow rates without restriction. The compact footprint of 580mm (H) × 280mm (W) × 530mm (L) and modest 12kg weight make installation straightforward even in confined spaces.
Supplied fully assembled, pre-wired and tested – simply connect to your water supply and electrical supply for immediate operation. Critical: never permit the pump to run dry as this will cause irreversible damage.
