Pentair Superinox Single Pump Booster Pumps

The Pentair Superinox range represents the pinnacle of automatic water pressure boosting technology, offering complete plug-and-play systems for residential, commercial and light industrial applications where mains water pressure proves inadequate.

Each system in the Superinox collection combines a high-performance Jet Inox self-priming pump with an integrated pressure vessel and intelligent control system, delivering reliable, maintenance-free operation for years to come. Pre-assembled, pre-wired and factory-tested, these booster sets arrive ready for immediate installation via a break tank configuration.

Engineered for Excellence

At the core of every Superinox unit sits a premium stainless steel pump built to withstand demanding conditions. AISI 304 stainless steel pump bodies and shafts resist corrosion, whilst technopolymer impellers, diffusers and venturi components provide the perfect balance of performance and durability. High-quality mechanical seals with graphite and ceramic faces ensure leak-free operation throughout the pump’s extended service life.

Intelligent Automatic Operation

The Superinox range’s integrated pressure vessels and factory-calibrated pressure switches work in harmony to deliver seamless automatic operation. When you open a tap, the system activates instantly. Close it, and the pump stops. The pressure vessel’s stored water reserves mean the pump won’t cycle on and off for minor water draws – significantly extending pump life, reducing energy consumption and eliminating the wear associated with constant starting and stopping.

Range to Suit Every Application

From domestic properties requiring modest pressure enhancement to larger installations demanding substantial flow rates, the Superinox range offers models tailored to specific requirements:

  • Superinox 60/50: Compact yet capable, delivering 55 litres per minute for smaller homes and apartments
  • Superinox 90/50 (formerly Superinox 2000): Higher capacity at 80 litres per minute, ideal for larger properties or multiple outlets

Both models feature 25-litre pressure vessels, deliver 45 metres maximum head, and operate on standard 230V single-phase supply, ensuring straightforward installation and universal compatibility.

Built for British Conditions

Designed for cold, clean water applications up to 50°C, Superinox systems excel in typical UK installations. Maximum suction lifts of 7-8 metres provide installation flexibility, whilst compact dimensions and modest weights make them suitable even where space is at a premium. IP44-rated enclosures protect against water ingress, and Class F insulation ensures reliable operation in varying ambient conditions.

Installation Simplicity

Every Superinox booster set arrives as a complete system – no additional components required. BSP threaded connections ensure compatibility with standard UK plumbing fittings, and straightforward electrical connections mean qualified installers can have systems operational in minimal time. The result? Less disruption, lower installation costs and faster commissioning.

Applications

Superinox booster sets excel in numerous scenarios:

  • Properties with inadequate mains pressure
  • Upper floor apartments and flats
  • Homes with poor shower performance
  • Commercial premises requiring reliable water delivery
  • Agricultural buildings and smallholdings
  • Installations supplied via break tanks
  • Situations requiring pressure enhancement without extensive pipework modifications

Quality You Can Trust

Pentair’s reputation for engineering excellence underpins every Superinox system. Rigorous quality control, premium materials and thoughtful design ensure these booster sets deliver consistent performance year after year, representing genuine value for money through reduced maintenance requirements and exceptional longevity.

Transform inadequate water pressure into reliable, consistent delivery across all your outlets. The Pentair Superinox range – engineered solutions for real-world water pressure challenges.

Important Note: Never allow Superinox pumps to run dry, as this will cause irreversible damage. Always ensure an adequate water supply via a properly sized break tank.
