Description

The heavy-duty Swing Check Valve BSP Threaded made of brass is perfect for attaching to the outlet of your submersible pump. It effectively prevents backflow and other issues like upthrust, which can cause early mechanical failure.

The pump contains a non-return valve for liquid with solids in suspension and a rubber-faced flap, which closes when the flow stops and subsequently seals the valve.

Ideally fitted on the outlet of your submersible pump to prevent backflow and other problems such as upthrust, which could lead to the premature mechanical failure of your pump.

Note: If you are screwing into the outlet of a pump with a BSP outlet, you will also require a nipple attachment.
